Building emotional intelligence skills is an important part of raising kids with ADHD, kids who are often dysregulated emotionally and struggle with interactions with others. We discuss emotional awareness, emotional regulation, and how emotional intelligence plays a role in relationships with others and social interactions. I have commented before & still wish there was a way you could have a transcript available of the podcast as it makes it SO much easier for many parents to “get” what is being said. I'm surprised you only have an auditory version since many parents of ADHD kids also have ADHD themselves, & paper/visual learning is much more effective than just auditory.
