Transforming Behavior from the Inside out

Get a multi-use license for educators, clinicians, therapists, and non-profit organizations to train your staff and the families you serve on addressing behavior challenges while also honoring neurodivergence.

Go from reacting in the moment to

creating lasting change.

When behavior feels intense, it’s easy to focus on stopping the moment instead of understanding the cause. But behavior is communication — a child’s nervous system sending signals about safety, stress, or unmet needs. Once you know how to read those signals, everything changes.

From conflict to connection

This is your antidote for big emotions + big behaviors.

This isn't a fix, it's a framework.

When a child’s behavior feels intense, it’s natural to jump straight into managing the moment. But that often means you’re working on the symptom instead of the source.

Because here’s the truth: behavior is communication. It’s a child’s nervous system sending you a signal — about safety, stress, or an unmet need.

When you learn how to notice and understand those signals, you can:

Respond in ways that help the child return to regulation faster

Stop feeling like you’re guessing

Create a home, classroom, or school where trust grows and tension fades

The Behavior SOS Summit is a nervous system–based blueprint that will transform how you respond, and how kids feel.

Ready to start making that shift? Here’s what’s waiting for you inside the Behavior SOS…

Here's What's Waiting for You

a lifetime of impact for struggling kids.

Access to everything you need to start seeing behavior in a whole new way.

Behavior SOS Summit 2025
Guidance You Can Trust

transformation you can feel

This isn't just another summit lineup. Behavior SOS speakers are parents, educators, therapists, and advocates who truly understand the realities of raising and teaching complex kids.

They’ve been in the trenches, walked through the messy moments, and found ways to create real change without shame, blame, or quick fixes.

Throughout the sessions, they’ll be in your corner, sharing the tools, scripts, and mindset shifts that have worked for them and the families they support. You’ll hear from 24 voices so you can take what fits, leave what doesn’t, and build your own toolkit.

Thousands of parents, educators, and professionals have joined our summits over the years. They’ve walked away with practical tools, renewed confidence, and the relief of knowing they’re not alone.

Your journey through the summit doesn’t have to be linear — but if you follow this path, you’ll move from understanding to action, from survival to connection, from overwhelm to empowered leadership.

Phase 1: Understand the Signal Beneath the Behavior

Lay the foundation by shifting from reacting to understanding. This is where everything begins. Because you can’t change what you don’t understand, and you can’t support what you’re still judging. This phase helps you see behavior through a new lens: not as defiance or disrespect, but as communication from a dysregulated nervous system.

OUR SPEAKERS HAVE BEEN FEATURED IN:

Hello!

I'm Penny.

I’m a parenting coach and host of the Beautifully Complex podcast. But more than anything, I’m a mom who’s walked this road.

When my son was diagnosed with ADHD and autism, I thought I could “fix” the hard stuff with enough effort. I read every book, tried every strategy, and still found myself bracing for the next meltdown.

It wasn’t until I understood his behavior through the lens of the nervous system — and started parenting from connection instead of control — that everything shifted.

Now, I help parents of complex kids move from constant reactivity to steady, confident leadership. Through the Regulated Kids Project, the Survival to Success Accelerator, and summits like Behavior SOS, I’ve guided thousands of parents and educators toward more understanding, less conflict, and stronger relationships.

I created the Behavior SOS Summit to bring you the guidance I wish I had years ago — practical, compassionate strategies from experts who get it, so you can feel supported, equipped, and never alone in this journey.

What You Get

With the Professional Access Multi-Use License you get:

  • Unlimited access to all Behavior SOS 2025 sessions to share within your school, non-profit, or practice (for organizations with 1-3 locations — if you have more offices or locations, email me.)
  • Downloadable video and audio versions of all expert sessions
  • The Action Workbook to use with the parents and educators that you serve

* This license prohibits the resale of any and all materials contained therein.

How the Pro License Works and Answers to Other Questions

You will receive one login to the hub that can be shared, or you can download the videos for sharing within your organization. We recommend hosting downloaded files in a shared internal space — like Google Drive or Dropbox — and sharing access to that folder. You will also have instructions on loading the sessions as a podcast.

You are not permitted to broadcast sessions to the public or resale any of the content. HOWEVER, you can host meetings where the sessions are watched together, even with the families you serve, not just your staff.

This license affords you permanent, on-demand access.

The system will need to track the watch history of anyone wanting to get a certificate of completion to apply for continuing ed credits. If you have anyone on staff who wants to take advantage of this option, you'll need to email us to set up a separate login for them so their completion of videos can be tracked. We can provide 5 separate tracking accounts and certificates at this price. Any additional will be $50 each.

Email me at [email protected] and I'll be glad to answer any and all questions you have.

This isn’t just information.

it's a turning point.

You’re not broken. Your child isn’t either.
