Transform Struggles into Strengths

Get a multi-use license for educators, clinicians, therapists, and non-profit organizations to train your staff and the families you serve on addressing ADHD challenges while also honoring neurodivergence.

ADHD isn’t something to fix — it’s a unique way of thinking, creating, and thriving. In the Unlocking ADHD Summit you'll discover how to unlock potential, foster self-confidence, and embrace the beauty of neurodiversity.

For teachers or professionals that serve neurodivergent kids…

Imagine walking into a classroom or session and seeing students with ADHD not bracing for the day, but meeting it with tools that match how their brains work.

Instead of morning overwhelm, you see smoother transitions. Clear routines that reduce friction.

During the day, students use supports that actually help them stay engaged — movement breaks, visual anchors, structured choice, and recovery strategies that bring them back online when things get hard. They’re able to advocate for what they need, and the adults around them know how to respond.

Homework and assignments stop being a flashpoint. With the right scaffolding, students can initiate, persist, and complete work with far less distress, and the adults supporting them finally feel equipped instead of exhausted.

Most importantly, the relationship shifts. Staff begin to interpret behavior through a nervous-system-first lens. Students feel understood rather than managed. Confidence grows on both sides.

ADHD stops being framed as a problem to fix and becomes something you know how to support. What emerges is something rare and powerful: genuine progress, renewed hope, and the unmistakable feeling that you’re unlocking strengths that were always there.

OUR SPEAKERS HAVE BEEN FEATURED IN:

One Summit.
Decades of expert wisdom.
A lifetime of impact for ADHD kids.

When my son was first diagnosed with ADHD, I spent years stuck in a cycle of trying to “fix” what I thought was broken. But over time, I realized the power of shifting my perspective to focus on his strengths, embrace his individuality, and work with his unique brain… instead of fighting against it.

This summit was born from that experience. It's designed to move away from the deficit-focused mindset we often encounter by offering a roadmap to thriving with ADHD. My goal is simple yet transformative: empower parents and educators with neuro-affirming strategies that celebrate individuality and help kids with ADHD thrive.

Discover how to reframe challenges as opportunities, identify the strengths within, and build a foundation for resilience and success. You’ll walk away with neuro-affirming strategies and practical tools to help kids with ADHD embrace their individuality, maximize their potential, and live a life filled with confidence and joy.

We’re not just offering strategies — we’re building a community of hope, understanding, and action to end your overwhelm and isolation.

Hello!

I'm Penny.

I'm a parenting coach and educator for families of complex kids. I teach stuck and struggling parents how to dial down the big emotions and big behaviors and create a neuro-affirming ecosystem to maximize your neurodivergent kid’s success and joy.

Through my podcast, award-winning books, parent training programs, parent coaching, and neurodiversity summits, I’ve helped thousands of parents raising kids with ADHD, autism, and/or anxiety improve their lives.

I'd be honored to help you, too.

How the Pro License Works and Answers to Other Questions

You will receive one login to the hub that can be shared, or you can download the videos for sharing within your organization. We recommend hosting downloaded files in a shared internal space — like Google Drive or Dropbox — and sharing access to that folder. You will also have instructions on loading the sessions as a podcast.

You are not permitted to broadcast sessions to the public or resale any of the content. HOWEVER, you can host meetings where the sessions are watched together, even with the families you serve, not just your staff.

This license affords you permanent, on-demand access.

The system will need to track the watch history of anyone wanting to get a certificate of completion to apply for continuing ed credits. If you have anyone on staff who wants to take advantage of this option, you'll need to email us to set up a separate login for them so their completion of videos can be tracked. We can provide 5 separate tracking accounts and certificates at this price. Any additional will be $50 each.
