Finally, lasting relief from school struggles.

School Stability Blueprint is a 6-week, live parent program designed to stabilize your child’s school experience without forcing them to fit a system that wasn’t built for them, and without it hijacking your family.

Fewer shutdown/overwhelm days at school.

Learning without losing your kid to stress.

Know when to challenge or pull back.

Before we talk about the program, watch this 90-second explanation. It may change how you see your child’s school struggles.

Does school feel like it’s draining everyone, not just your child?

it's not your fault.

Maybe your child can do school sometimes — but not consistently.
Teachers say they’re “not engaged.”
You’re told they need to try harder.

But by the time they come home, they’re depleted.

Not because they lack motivation.
Because school has already used up their capacity.

And the harder school pushes, the more everything else starts to crack.

Why school keeps unraveling, even when your kid is trying.

School demands pile up.

Noise. Transitions. Social demand. Expectations.

Stress builds in the body.

Your child goes on high alert, even if no one else sees it.

The thinking brain dims.

Engagement drops. Flexibility shrinks. Small things feel big. Processing and memory get harder.

Learning becomes harder.

Not because they won’t, but because they can’t (yet).

The goal is NOT ‘try harder.’ It’s restore availability.

Research consistently shows that stress reduces working memory and cognitive flexibility — the very skills school demands most.

Children with ADHD are 2–3 times more likely to be suspended or expelled than their peers.

Not because they don’t care. Because their nervous systems are overwhelmed by environments that weren’t designed for them.

This isn’t a character issue.
It’s a biological mismatch.

This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s an availability problem.

The right support changes everything

Imagine what it looks like when school works for your child.

When the school day becomes more supportive, a few things start to shift:

Fewer interruptions or crisis moments.

More participation without constant prompting

Work that gets finished more often

There's an ease to home life (instead of being wrecked by the school day).

Learning doesn't have to be effortless. But it can be steadier… and far less costly. And that’s what changes everything.

This is Your blueprint for school stability.

School Stability Blueprint is a 6-week, live implementation program designed to stabilize your child’s school experience without forcing them to fit a system that wasn’t built for them.

This isn’t tutoring or advocacy work. It’s foundation work.

You'll learn how to prepare your child’s nervous system and environment so learning becomes more consistent, without sacrificing their wellbeing.

You won’t just understand what’s happening—you’ll know what to do next.

How School Stability Gets Built
(One Layer at a Time)

    The right support changes everything

You'll walk away with more than just relief.

By the end of the program, you’ll have:

A clear plan for stabilizing school

Confidence in when to push and when to pivot

Language that makes school conversations easier

    A steadier home rhythm

A structure you can reuse for years

This is about changing the experience that hasn’t been working.

This program is about changing the experience that hasn’t been working.

Is this Program right for you?
This program is for you if…
This program is NOT  for you if…

If you’ve tried ‘more pressure’ and it made things worse… you’re in the right place.

If more strategies, pressure, or consequences were enough, school would already be working.

    Hello!

    I'm Penny.

I help families translate nervous system science into school decisions that actually work.

I’ve spent over a decade helping families of neurodivergent kids reduce school-related stress and increase learning stability.

My work centers on nervous system science and practical implementation — not theory.

I’m not here to fix kids, push performance, or force compliance. I help parents make adjustments that make learning possible while protecting their child’s wellbeing.

School Stability Blueprint exists because traditional approaches like more pressure, more strategies, and higher expectations often make things worse, not better.

    Questions you might be asking

Common questions parents ask about THe School Stability Program:

    Is this another behavior program?

No. This isn’t about controlling behavior or enforcing compliance. Behavior often improves, but as a result of focusing on the nervous system and changing the school experience, not managing symptoms.

Is this tutoring or executive function coaching?

No. Those supports can be helpful, but they rely on your child being able to access skills in the moment. School Stability Blueprint focuses on what makes those supports usable.

    What if we homeschool?

This program still applies. School Stability Blueprint isn’t about classrooms or policies. It’s about how learning impacts your child’s nervous system, capacity, and willingness to engage. Whether learning happens at home, online, or in a school building, the same patterns show up when expectations exceed capacity. This program helps you create a learning experience that supports regulation, engagement, and growth no matter the setting.

Will this work if my child doesn't have big behavior issues?

Yes. Many children struggle quietly — through shutdown, avoidance, or internal stress. This program supports learning and well-being whether challenges are loud or invisible.

    What ages is this for?

Designed for parents of elementary, middle, and high school students. The tools adapt to your child’s developmental stage.

Do I need to involve the school?

You’ll learn how to communicate with school in ways that are clearer and less stressful, but this program starts with what you can control.

What if school is still hard in some ways?

School doesn’t have to be perfect to be workable. This program focuses on reducing harm, increasing capacity, and making learning more consistent, not eliminating every challenge.

    What if I'm already exhausted?

That’s exactly who this is for. The program is designed to reduce effort over time, not add more.

    Is there a guarantee?

Because this work involves real people, real schools, and real nervous systems, no program can guarantee specific outcomes. What is guaranteed is a clear framework, guided support, and practical tools you can use immediately. If after the first session you feel this isn’t the right fit, you won’t be stuck — your wellbeing matters too.

You don’t have to keep paying this cost.

School Stability Blueprint gives you a supported path to a school experience that works, without harming your child or your family.

You don’t have to solve school all at once. You just need a better way to move forward.

    Max of 35 families.

You don’t have to keep paying this cost.

School Stability Blueprint gives you a supported path to a school experience that works — without harming your child or your family.

The 3 Core Principles of SSB

    Increase availability to learn

    Reduce cumulative stress

Protect + strengthen the parent–child relationship

School matters. But your child’s wellbeing and your relationship matter more.

This changes so much, at school and beyond.

When the school day stops overwhelming the child, parents often notice:

School isn’t perfect. But it becomes workable, predictable, and far less draining, which is what allows progress to finally stick.

A guided, nervous-system-first approach to making school workable again.

What we focus on instead of pushing…

School Stability Blueprint doesn’t teach you how to push harder or demand more. It teaches you how to:

recognize when learning is likely to work, and when it isn’t

    adjust demands before behavior escalates

    support engagement without constant pressure
