OUR SPEAKERS HAVE BEEN FEATURED IN:

Meet Your Host

I'm Penny.

I teach stuck and struggling parents how to dial down the chaos and big emotions to maximize success and joy.

If there's one thing I'm too familiar with, it's anxiety. I've struggled with it since middle school. It started as intense social anxiety and it controlled my life. I was constantly worried about the judgement of others — am I too fat? am I not pretty enough? did I have the right clothes? did I say something dumb? am I worthy? do I fit here? I never went anywhere social unless there was at least one person I knew… even when the consequences were painful, or if I missed out.

In my teens and early 20s I made some really bad choices, in an attempt to quiet my anxiety and fit in. I could have died more times than I can count, if I'm being honest. When I became a mom in my mid-20s, general anxiety added itself to the mix.

I also have two young-adult kids with anxiety. If there's one thing that's crystal clear… I know anxiety intimately. And I want to help you, your kids, and your students to live fully, without anxiety holding them back.

What You Get

With the Professional Access Multi-use License you get:

  • Unlimited access to all Anxiety SOS 2024 sessions to share within your school, non-profit, or practice (for organizations with 1-3 locations — if you have more offices or locations, email me.)
  • Downloadable video and audio versions of all expert sessions
  • The Empowerment Workbook to use with the parents and educators that you serve

* This license prohibits the resale of any and all materials contained therein.

How the Pro License Works and Answers to Other Questions

You will receive one login to the hub that can be shared, or you can download the videos for sharing within your organization. We recommend hosting downloaded files in a shared internal space — like Google Drive or Dropbox — and sharing access to that folder. You will also have instructions on loading the sessions as a podcast.

You are not permitted to broadcast sessions to the public or resale any of the content. HOWEVER, you can host meetings where the sessions are watched together, even with the families you serve, not just your staff.

This license affords you permanent, on-demand access.

The system will need to track the watch history of anyone wanting to get a certificate of completion to apply for continuing ed credits. If you have anyone on staff who wants to take advantage of this option, you'll need to email us to set up a separate login for them so their completion of videos can be tracked. We can provide 5 separate tracking accounts and certificates at this price. Any additional will be $50 each.

Email me at [email protected] and I'll be glad to answer any and all questions you have.
