Respite & Recalibration for Moms

Reduce the challenging behavior, yelling, and frequent battles; stop feeling stuck, helpless, and unable to make life better for your child; and gain control, empower your child, and learn how to foster a peaceful family life.

There’s no disputing that raising kids with ADHD and/or “high-functioning” autism is unpredictable, frustrating, overwhelming, emotional, demanding, challenging, intense, and exhausting. (Only a fool would argue that point with me.)

Few deserve respite and self-care more than moms of kids with neurodevelopmental and neurobehavioral disorders. You deserve the time and space to focus on your own health and wellbeing. You deserve a weekend to relax and recharge. You deserve to be happy.

That’s what my retreats are all about — YOU!

You want to help your struggling child, but you also want a more patient, calm, peaceful, cooperative, purposeful, fulfilling, and joyful parenthood. Right?

You have more challenges than most, that’s for sure. But, you’re 100% capable of thriving as a mom (and as a person). You’ll leave these retreats empowered with the tools, and the mindset, to craft the parenthood you want.

And you’ll achieve the added bonus of being the best parent you can be, for your child, too.

Here’s what we’ll achieve, together…
Respite & Self-Care

You must take care of yourself in order to do your best for your child and your family. You’ll be educated on the crucial importance of your own self-care and how to fit it into your busy life. You’ll gain the tools and motivation to inspire you to actually take care of you. And, not simply survive, but thrive.

Your Vision

The right mindset and a clear path forward are the foundation for your personal fulfillment. These retreats end on a high note, because we use the tools  I provide and do the work required to construct a solid foundation. Only upon a solid foundation can you build a peaceful, hopeful, and joyful life, no matter the obstacles you face.

Community

One of the most powerful takeaways from my momma retreats is the community you gain with other moms of kids with similar challenges. Moms like you. Moms who get it.

Acceptance and understanding, compassion and empathy have remarkable healing power (for you, and for your child, actually).

Parenting a child with ADHD and/or autism can be isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. Come to a retreat and feel less alone.

That’s right, you’ll learn to tackle your motherhood, like a boss.

The Purposeful Parent Bootcamp is a moms-only, 4-day/3-night intensive parenting retreat. This small-group retreat will have no more than 7 moms per bootcamp, led entirely by me. Our time together in a comfortable vacation home will include self-care activities, community with other moms, and more than 10 hours of intensive parent coaching, to help you define and achieve your vision of parenthood and your authentic self.

Yes, Please!

But, be honest with yourself first…

Retreats cannot be transformative if you don’t trust what you’re learning, fully commit to implementing and doing the work, and go all in. Then, and only then, will you truly harness control of your parenthood… and your life.

It all starts with you.

When you invest in your family’s future through our work together, you create meaningful change, not just for you, but also for your child and your entire family.

There is no such thing as the “perfect time,” so register for a retreat and start the transformation to the momma you want to be today.

I can’t wait to meet you at one of the retreats!
