Bedtime can be frustrating and stressful for parents and kids alike when your child has ADHD (or autism). Individuals with ADHD often struggle a great deal with falling asleep and staying asleep. In this video, I offer four sleep strategies that work well for my own son, and many other kids like him. And when your child sleeps well, you have the opportunity to sleep well too.
